Value adding

           Parents want their children to excel in their lives. So they prepare themselves and their children for rat race. Parents see a dream and their children also work hard to complete their parents dream . During this time parents do the education part but what about adding values to their child's life. They themselves are busy with their work. They feel schools and tuitions are enough to make a child good ( according to me).

             There was a family in Mumbai. Mother and father both were earning for livelihood. They didn't had time for their kid. While going at work there was always a fight between the couple. The child used to listen their parents fighting, using slangs and bad words. Words which he didn't knew meaning of. He started using them. With time he became mischievous. When the teacher was fed up of it she called his parents. 

             The next day, parents came. Teacher told about their son's complaints. Later she warned the parents about their child's future . And said them to use kind words and instill good values in the kid. After going home they didn't shouted on the child and explained him in a gentle manner. Parents started changing their behaviour and taught their child good values. Years passed and he became a good human being.

              Like I previously said if value adding is not done children are spoilt. In the above story if the parents would have kept fighting and arguing their kid's entire future would have spoilt.

               Parents don't understand whatever happens around a kid he / she absorbs the same. We all know what's happening around us. There are just few people left who actually don't think about stability in life but try to become a good person. At initial stage kids should be taught about good values and not using slangs and bad words. Just focus on making your child a better citizen rather than a donkey who just leads a life with a heavy baggage of responsibilities. When you get an opportunity we are busy trying to prove us right. We just think of becoming more and more successful and stable. We don't think about future as we have learnt from our parents only about becoming stable and successful. Thus value adding part is essential. Just focus on being a good person that's it.

          Having a purpose and knowing exactly what your values are will add additional years to your life - Unknown

          Whenever you start something the most important values required are hardwork, patience, passion and motivation. Without these you won't reach anywhere . Hustle till you succeed. Always stay motivated and motivate others who work with you that's what makes the team believe that they can make impossible work possible.                 Today's generation lacks motivation.
