Waking up

         ' The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up' .Our daily routine starts with waking up. Some get up early in the morning while others are still deep in their sleep ,  dreaming about their bright future.  Some people try to get up early in the morning , but due to lack of determination they can't. While some succeed in getting up . 

           For waking early in the morning you need to sleep on time. For getting up early in the morning people set alarms. They are of two types :

1- external alarm :

The alarm tone should be inspired by nature like call of birds, sound of the wind. Not too loud, which will disturb you and others too. Choose the right tone. 

2 - Internal alarm -

Some people train their minds and instruct them to wake up at certain time and they do wake up. It is possible when you practice it a lot of times.

            When we wake up early in the morning we have an extra edge over the people who are still in their beds. It not only begins our day with a great vibe but also we get some extra time to do our favourite things. We can spend time with our loved ones, have a cup of tea with them. We can actually have a quality time with them.This is the time when our brain is more active and it helps a lot in learning new things. Creativity and thinking ideas is at the peak. You might have noticed that the students wake up early in the morning during their exams as grasping is easier and we can memorize concepts in less time. Most of the teachers suggest the same.   Every morning you have 2 choices :  continue to sleep with the dreams or wake up and chase them.
